Fund Summary

The Alki Consolidated Income ETF (IINC) is an actively managed exchange-traded fund.

The fund’s primary investment objective is to produce a relatively high level of monthly income for its shareholders.

As secondary objectives, the manager seeks to maintain lower volatility in the portfolio in comparison to the S&P 500 Index. Additionally, the fund will seek to minimize the tax burden on its distributions through tax-loss harvesting and deferment of capital gains.

To achieve this, the fund implements a sophisticated “buy-write” or “covered call” strategy, combined with a cash-secured put-writing strategy, on a portfolio of individual common stocks. This approach is designed to generate income from three sources:

  1. Dividends from the underlying stock portfolio.
  2. Premiums collected from selling options contracts.
  3. Interest earned on cash balances.

Fund Details

*The subsidized SEC yield is calculated with a standardized formula mandated by the SEC. The formula is based on maximum offering price per share and includes the effect of any fee waivers. Without waivers, yields would be reduced. This is also referred to as the “standardized yield,” “30-Day Yield” and “Current Yield”.

*30-Day Median Spread is a calculation of Fund’s median bid-ask spread, expressed as a percentage rounded to the nearest hundredth, computed by: identifying the Fund’s national best bid and national best offer as of the end of each 10 second interval during each trading day of the last 30 calendar days; dividing the difference between each such bid and offer by the midpoint of the national best bid and national best offer; and identifying the median of those values.
